Chocolate Truffle: Chocolate or vanilla cake layered with a rich chocolate mousse
Lemon & Berries: Lemon cake layered with vanilla custard and fresh berries (seasonal)
Strawberries & Cream: Vanilla cake layered with fresh cream and strawberries
Tiramisu Su: Vanilla cake soaked in rum and espresso layered with mascarpone cream
Chocolate Raspberry: Chocolate cake layered with raspberry marmalade & fudge

Additional charges are as follows:
Fondant or Chocolate Ganache Icing: +25%
Square Cakes: +25% (square cakes have 15-20% more servings per size than round)

KEY:
Level 1: Simple borders: pearl, star tip, real ribbon.

Level 3: basket weave, fern design, cornelli lace, graffiti, different design on each tier
